"Isabel became my thinking partner.

She encouraged me to have a vision and break it down into realistic steps.

We also explored ways to be consistent, moving forward."

My Story

I have always been fascinated by the word empowerment. Witnessing someone feeling energised and inspired can be contagious.

It might also explain some of my career choices - supporting people through physical rehabilitation in the NHS, and training in complementary therapies.

My degree in Counselling from Middlesex University, combined with 10 years of working in private practice, has given me a rich experience in recognising patterns in human behaviour and developing tools specific to the client's needs.

It also highlighted my interest in solution-focused therapy.

My training in Coaching (Optimus Coach Training) felt like the next step.

I've gained invaluable knowledge, based on well-established research, to help people find clarity and inspiration to move forward in their personal lives and careers.

I've also developed my approach - AIM Coaching, which is a simple framework that embraces some aspects of neuroscience in the coaching experience.
