In the West, we tend to focus more on the mind than the body - a top-down approach.
"Why am I feeling this way?". Many times the answer makes us feel worse, as it's impossible to pinpoint a particular reason.
The Mood Zone is a framework for how we feel without pathologizing it.
Our mood can reflect how our nervous system responds, mostly unconsciously, to the environment.
How do you feel when you're in a busy restaurant?
Are there any people that can make you feel anxious or bored?
The Mood Zone is a like our internal GPS.
Red Zone: Anxious, angry, overwhelmed. The body wants to fight or rum away.
Blue Zone: Spacy, zone out, numb or frozen. The body wants to shut down.
Green Zone: You feel like you can deal with whatever is happening in your life. You might feel stress or pressure but it doesn't bother you too much. This is the ideal place to be.

How do you think the Mood Zone could help you today?
